During one school year, students will exchange letters in Portuguese with researchers* from different fields across the world. For many of these children and young people, it will probably be the first time they receive a letter! Each letter round is inspired by a specific topic: "Knowledge and Education", "Overcoming Obstacles" and "Inspire".
Our team organises the programme directly with scientists and teachers in schools or mentors in associations. Each student exchanges letters with one scientist, and all students in each class participate in the programme, regardless of their initial interest in science.
* Scientists participating may be from any career stage and field of expertise, as long as they conduct or have conducted research activities.
